Terms of Service for Kidzonic World

Welcome to Kidzonic World! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (kidzonicworld.com), including all content, products, services, and resources offered through it (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
We provide educational materials, videos, e-books, workbooks, online courses, and other resources for children, ESL learners, educators, and families. Our Services are operated by Kidzonic World, based in the Philippines.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, make purchases, or enter into agreements with us. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use our Services. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent, in compliance with laws like COPPA.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features (e.g., purchasing products or accessing courses), you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current information.
- Keep your login details confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
- Be responsible for all activities under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
3. Products and Services
- Digital Products: E-books (e.g., “Pagsasanay sa Pagbilang 0-20”), worksheets, workbooks, coloring books, online courses, and video content (e.g., on our Kidzonic World Channel are provided for personal, non-commercial use. Once purchased or accessed, they are non-refundable unless required by law.
- Physical Products: Apparel, toys, and print-on-demand items (via Printful or dropshipping) are subject to availability and shipping policies. We are not responsible for delays or damages during transit.
- Free Resources: Blogs, tutorials, and giveaways are offered at no cost but may require email sign-up. Participation in giveaways is voluntary and subject to our rules.
- Third-Party Platforms: Purchases or access through Shopify, Amazon, Teachers Pay Teachers, or YouTube follow their respective terms. We are not liable for issues on those platforms.
All products are for educational purposes and should be used responsibly. We may update or discontinue Services at any time without notice.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on our Services—including text, graphics, videos, songs, designs, and the Kidzonic World brand (with our blue, yellow, and lavender palette)—is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify content without written permission.
- Use our materials for commercial purposes (e.g., reselling worksheets).
- Remove any copyright notices.
Limited personal use (e.g., printing a worksheet for one child) is permitted. For licensing inquiries, contact us.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use our Services for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Upload or share content that infringes rights, is defamatory, or promotes violence.
- Interfere with the Services (e.g., via viruses or unauthorized access).
- Impersonate others or provide false information.
We may remove violating content and report illegal activities to authorities.
6. Payments and Refunds
- Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). You authorize us to charge your payment method.
- Prices are in USD or PHP and exclude taxes/shipping, which you are responsible for.
- Refunds: Digital products are non-refundable. Physical products may be eligible within 30 days for defects (contact us for returns). No refunds for free resources or giveaways.
7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Our Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee error-free operation, uninterrupted access, or that content meets specific educational standards.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kidzonic World, its owners, and affiliates are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits).
- Any issues arising from user errors, third-party services, or force majeure events.
- Educational outcomes from our materials.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. These limits apply even if we knew of the possibility of such damages.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for any reason, including violations of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends, but obligations (e.g., payment) survive.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Las Piñas City, Philippines.
